The breath is a remarkably powerful mind-body connection and although we breathe every day it largely remains an unconscious process.
This means our breathing often changes in important ways without us fully being aware of it.
Different styles of breathing are linked to different emotional states and if we can recognise these styles of breathing we can then start to consciously change them and in turn change our emotional state.
