Meditation is an ancient skill used traditionally to overcome mental suffering and is now being used to manage anxiety, stress and depression, and to generally improve well-being.

The Counselling and Disability Service offer free classes throughout the year where you can go along and discover how meditation may directly benefit you. Mark O'Donoghue, who features in the videos below, is the instructor for these classes.
