Yoga is an ancient Hindu Indian spiritual practice, which offers teaching and discipline aimed at enhancing mental, spiritual and physical balance.
There are six branches or forms of yoga, with possibly the most well known form within western culture being Hatha yoga.
Yoga is said to improve inner well-being and decrease stress levels. It has also become widely popular as a form of exercsie which offers increased body strength.
