Part of thriving is doing things that are fun and enjoyable. It might include joining in on Friday night drinks, listening to your favourite music, kicking a ball around, joking with friends or sensual things.
Make a list of things that feel good for you so you can plan to do them and then look forward to them.

Types of Positive Emotion
It can help to think of two types of positive emotion:
Some things make you feel good when you do them but that feeling doesn't always carry over afterwards. Eating chocolate feels good for example, but eating chocolate all day won't give you a happy life.
Other positive emotions have more expansive effects, which can broaden and build your positive emotion.
