Acting as an escalation point for urgent requests.
Acting as a customer advocate where services have not been delivered to your satisfaction.

Enquiries about services not officially provided/supported.
Advice on how technology may help you with your business.

I have over 25 years exprience in IT and the University environment , if you have a problem, chances are I can help you find a solution.

I'm a sports nut-I love running and you'll regularly see me with some of my mates running around the Torrens at lunch time. I also play golf (not very well) and follow the AFL (go Crows)
