Biography/ Background

 

My role is to lead a small team of specialist IT technicians to provide flexible specialist IT support, building on the base core services provided by central IT services, to enhance capability and effectiveness of research and teaching. Although based in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, the Computer Support Group also provides support to other schools across the ECMS Faculty where central Technology Services lack the capability to deliver the required technical solutions.

Qualifications

BEng (Comms) RMIT.

Professional Interests

Providing academics and students solutions for their IT issues, with a particular emphaisis on resolving difficult problems and making available technology work to meet their needs.

Providing technical support and co-supervising student projects

Member of School Outreach and Publicity Committee, with particular emphasis on use of internet to promote STEM careers with school students as well as market share of STEM students.
