Biography/ Background

My principal research interests are in adult and childhood cancers, the health outcomes of rural communities, sustainable public health interventions and health services research. My research activities focus on the early detection, prevention and management of cancer. Current projects include research into the factors that influence the effectiveness of cancer multidisciplinary teams and a community-based randomised controlled trial of prostate cancer patients with pelvic floor muscle dysfunction.
