Associate Professor James Dudley

• Biography/ Background

  I am the Academic Lead, Postgraduate Learning and Teaching; Program Director of the Specialist Postgraduate Prosthodontics Program; Discipline Head of Fixed Prosthodontics; Discipline Head of Implantology; and Clinical Tutor at The University of Adelaide.

  My research focuses on implantology, fixed prosthodontics, dental education in prosthodontics, digital shade matching, temporo-mandibular joint disorders, maxillofacial prosthodontics, and machine learning.

  I serve on the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Prosthodontics and a Reviewer for the Australian Dental Journal.

  I have been awarded Fellowship of the International College of Dentists, Fellowship of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, Membership of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (Prosthodontics), serve on the Board of the International College of Prosthodontics, and am a member of the of the Education and Research Committee of the International College of Prosthodontists.  

  I am a Convener for the Australian Dental Council and maintain active membership of the International Team For Implantology and Academy of Australian and New Zealand Prosthodontists.
