Biography/ Background

Jayne Curnow is an anthropologist who teaches in the fields of anthropology and development studies, and is a research leader at the Indo-Pacific Governance Research Centre. She has a focus on research in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region with extensive experience in Indonesia and East Timor. She has undertaken projects with a number of organisations including the World Bank, CARE, UNICEF, AusAID, Menzies School of Health Research, Department of Health and Ageing, Charles Darwin University, and Flinders University.
