Biography/ Background

Martin is a senior lecturer in commercial law and is the lecturer-in-charge of Commercial Law II and Corporate Law(M). Before joining the School of Commerce Martin was a commercial solicitor. His research interest is in corporations law with particular focus on laws relating to shadow and de facto directors.
