The Vice-Chancellor and President’s Award for Excellence in Teaching is the University’s premier teaching award. The winner is selected each year from the winners of the Stephen Cole the Elder Awards.
In 2005, Dr Mark Jaksa received the inaugural Vice-Chancellor and President's Award for Excellence in Learning and Teaching.
In 2006, the Vice-Chancellor and President's Award for Excellence in Learning and Teaching was presented jointly to Ms Lucy Potter, School of Humanities (English) and Dr Tracey Winning, School of Dentistry.
In 2007, Associate Professor Marie O'Keefe became the fourth receipient of the Vice-Chancellor and President's Award for Excellence in Learning and Teaching at the University of Adelaide.
