Hello Sessions at the Village are always a great way to start enhancing your experience in your new home.
Cooking Class - Mexican Burritos
Village residents learned how to make mexican style burritos. As part of our themed cooking classes, residents also learned about the Mexican culture: food, music, folklore.
Resident Support Program
On Thursday 10 September 2020, The University of Adelaide Village partnered up with Baptist Care SA to deliver FREE Food Hampers for our Village residents as the COVID-19 pandemic continues.

Whether our residents play table tennis for fun or dream of making the Uni of Adelaide team, The Village has the right Table Tennis event for our students.

In our Dart nights our residents show off their skills on the dart board while enjoying a few beverages, delicious food and great atmosphere. We Live to Succeed!
Cooking class - dumplings
Thanks to our students volunteers, The Village community learned the secret of making dough and the art to shaping the perfect dumpling in this cooking class. Another great way to engage with our fellow residents.

Summer is the perfect time to visit Glenelg, one of the most popular tourist destinations in Adelaide due to its beach and many attractions.
Australia Day 2020
Australia Day is the official national day of Australia and The Village celebrated this special day on 26 January with our student residents.
Chinese New Year 2020
25 January 2020 marked the beginning of the Year of the Rat (Chinese New Year) and The Village organised a special event to discover the bright and colorful Chinese New Year, its origins, meanings and more. We also enjoyed traditional food and learned more about the 'Red packets'.
