Student Assist Christmas closure
Student Assist will be closed for the holiday period Tuesday 23 December 2025, 6pm, reopening Monday 5 January 2026, 8:30am.
Ask Adelaide will close at 4pm on Tuesday 23rd December 2025.
During this time, there will be no processing or collection of:
- Letters
- Academic transcripts
- ID cards
- Education verifications
- Proxy collection requests
- Print error re-credit requests
- Testamurs
