Using legislation and judgments
The following Commonwealth and State legislations and judgments can be used for the University’s non-commercial teaching and educational purposes.
Where permission has been granted to the University the material must only be made available to staff and students by hardcopy, email, or online via Course Readings or MyUni.

Commonwealth legislation
Most of the content on the Federal Register of Legislation is provided under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence. See website for full details and attribution requirements.

Federal Court judgments
Permission granted to reproduce, communicate and annotate the Federal Court’s judgments available on the Court’s website for the University’s teaching and educational purposes, as long as the Court is acknowledged as the source of the information.

High Court judgments
Permission granted to reproduce, communicate and annotate the High Court’s judgments available on the Court’s website for the University’s teaching and educational purposes, as long as the Court is acknowledged as the source of the information.

South Australian legislation and judgments
Permission granted to reproduce, communicate and annotate the whole or parts of legislation available on the South Australian legislation website and judgments available from Court’s website for the University’s teaching and educational purposes. The material may not be modified. The following attribution must be included:

Victorian legislation
Permission granted to reproduce, communicate and annotate the information version of legislation available on the Victorian legislation website for the University’s teaching and educational purposes. The following notices must be included:
