This Tony Award-nominated, hilarious, roller skating, musical adventure about following your dreams (despite the limitations others set for you) rolls along to the original hit score composed by pop-rock legends, Jeff Lynne and John Farrar. Based on the Universal Pictures cult classic movie of the same title, which starred Olivia Newton-John and Gene Kelly, Xanadu is hilarity on wheels for adults, children and anyone who has ever wanted to feel inspired.

Tasting Australia: AU Iconic – Jeffrey Grosset, Grosset Wines

Authentic, Unique & Iconic, Adelaide University presents three alumni winemakers who are responsible for a momentous collection of Australia’s most important and highly regarded wines. Join legendary winemaker Jeffrey Grosset for an extraordinary 90-minute masterclass delving into the precision, purity and passion behind Australia’s most revered Rieslings and Clare Valley wines.

Within an intimate setting, this tasting experience offers guests a rare opportunity to explore Grosset’s craft, from the limestone soils of Watervale to the celebrated Polish Hill vineyards that define his legacy. Guided by wine critic and host Nick Stock, with insights from viticulturist Jill Bauer from Adelaide University, this session will unpack the meticulous balance of terroir, sustainability, and technique that has earned Grosset international acclaim.

Tasting Australia: Marine Menu

Part zoology lecture, part marine science, part seafood tasting – this unique masterclass dives into the fascinating world of South Australia’s waters, breaking down the taboos around the algal bloom. Seafood is the planet’s most diverse animal protein: thousands of species are fished and farmed, offering a powerhouse of flavour and nutrition. But with the recent South Australian algal bloom putting seafood under the microscope, many are left wondering what’s safe to eat.

Tasting Australia: Yum & Yarn with Yuandamarra

Step into an immersive culinary journey that celebrates the deep heritage and evolving future of Australia’s native bush foods.

Hosted in the Food Innovation Lab at the Adelaide University’s Waite Campus, this unique experience weaves together culture, flavour, science, and storytelling—inviting guests to connect with country through food.

Guided by Yuandamarra and Nadia of Red Centre Enterprises, alongside renowned horticulturalist, and native food specialist Dr. Kate Delaporte, and hosted by Dr Tina Bianco Miotto, offering rare insight into the living knowledge embedded in native ingredients.

& Juliet flips the script on one of the world’s most famous love stories and asks the question, “What if Juliet chose her own ending?” This vibrant, hilarious musical follows Juliet as she refuses to die for Romeo and instead embarks on a journey of self-discovery with her friends, new and old. Guided (and sometimes manipulated) by Shakespeare and Anne Hathaway, Juliet navigates love, identity, and independence in a world that is constantly rewriting itself.
