Expectation Standards
SELT expectation standards 2024-2026
As part of the University’s objective to continually improve the student learning experience, there are mandatory questions in the Teacher, Course and Program SELTs which are used as indicators of quality. It is expected that staff achieve a high level of broad agreement in response to these questions, which are indicated in the expectation standards.
Reports, indicating the level of achievement of teachers and courses in meeting the expectation standards, are provided to Heads of Schools and Executive Deans. Course and Program SELT performance against the expectation standards are reported to the UEC biannually.
