Portrait honours Aboriginal leader

As part of National Reconciliation Week, a new portrait has been unveiled in the Barr Smith Library of Uncle Rodney (Rod) O’Brien, respected Kaurna Elder and Cultural Advisor at the University of Adelaide.

Australian Book Review Indigenous Fellowship

Australian Book Review is pleased to offer the ABR Indigenous Fellowship, worth a total of $10,000. This Fellowship – generously funded by the ABR Patrons – is intended to generate vibrant new non-fiction journalism by an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander writer.

SONIA and Wirltu Yarlu Student Mentoring

Over the past couple weeks you would have seen emails from Wirltu Yarlu regarding Sonia. Sonia Online is a placement allocation software used by The University of Adelaide, and is now the administration hub for the Wirltu Yarlu Academic Mentoring Program (WYAMP).
