How can scientific objectivity benefit from citizen participation?

On 13 September 2021, we were joined by Prof Stéphanie Ruphy who spoke about the impact of citizen science on scientific objectivity.

Stéphanie spoke about the outcomes which are derived from various types of public participation in scientific research. She also talked about the risks and benefits associated with citizen science in terms of its ability to either undermine or foster scientific objectivity.
