Kofax Outage - OKTA implementation
Kofax will be unavailable from 5 pm Friday 24 March until 12pm Sunday 26 March.
During the outage, OKTA multi-factor authentication will be enabled on the platform. This helps to protect our data and systems from unauthorised access.
There will be no change to the way you access and use Kofax now.
You can log a ticket through the MyIT portal or call the ITDS Service Desk on 8313 3000 if you have any issues accessing Kofax after the outage.
