Make your move during Health Week

Health Week is happening from 3 — 6 April 2023. and the Student Health & Wellbeing team is encouraging students to 'make a move' and explore different ways to build physical activity into their day.
We know that movement is excellent for our physical and mental health, but finding time in a busy student schedule can be tricky.
Whether you're a regular sportsperson or are just looking at ways to increase your physical activity, get involved in Health Week 2023.
