Okta SMS and Call Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) methods to be decommissioned

Okta MFA provides an additional layer of security when accessing University data and systems.

Did you know that the SMS and Call MFA methods are not as secure as other verification methods like the Okta Verify or Google Authenticator Apps? To increase the security of our systems, the University is decommissioning these MFA methods this August.
