Become part of a university sector best practice and award-winning volunteer program that is internationally recognised. Academic Integrity Ambassadors promote and foster a culture of Academic Integrity at the University through promotional activities and by assisting with the development of educational resources. Ambassadors also visit courses in different faculties and run student-led workshops to raise awareness of the importance of academic integrity. Responsibilities

  • Be the student voice and role model for Academic Integrity around the University
  • Promote and foster a culture of Academic Integrity
  • Visit courses in different faculties to raise awareness of academic integrity
  • Organise promotional activities and events
  • Plan and run student-led workshops
  • Assist with the development of educational resources, social media and marketing activities
  • Be a point of contact to students and academic staff around Academic Integrity
  • Actively shape the development of this program as a Student Leader

Who can apply?

Applicants must be a University student who has at least completed one semester of studies in an undergraduate program or any semester in a postgraduate program with a minimum overall GPA of > 5 in their current degree. All applicants need to be available during Orientation and Weeks 1-3 of Semester for in-course visits and promotional activities. Applicants must have a general understanding of Academic Integrity rules along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A high level of confidence in public speaking and engagement activities and enthusiasm, reliable, punctual, and committed to the program with the ability to work well as part of a team.
