Study food science at Shanghai Jiao Tong University
Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) invites undergraduate and postgraduate students to study in Shanghai at the 2025 Global Summer School.
This course explores how food science impacts human health on a global scale. This includes the nutritional components of food, food safety, disease prevention and treatment, and the complex relationship between food and health.
Highlights:
- Tours of the SJTU Wine Center, grape planting base, and Chenshan Botanical Garden.
- Tours of Pujiang Green Valley Base, Shanghai Yangtze River Delta Eco-Environmental Change and Management Observation and Research Station.
- Meet international experts and scholars in the field of food science and health.
- Gain a basic understanding of the relationship between food science and global health, enhancing your practical skills and research capabilities in the field of food science.
The course duration is two weeks starting 30 June - 13 July 2025.
