Come and Try: Free Fitness Program

Being on a student budget is something many of us are familiar with. We also recognise how important movement is for health and wellbeing.

This free program is for University of Adelaide students with limited or no experience in group fitness classes. Students can attend as many sessions as they like over the year.

Combining a range of various fitness class with interactive workshops on healthy living and movement, this program offers a holistic approach to one's journey with exercise, nutrition, and overall wellbeing. 

This program is available at Fitness Hub locations across North Terrace, Waite and Roseworthy.

The Come and Try Fitness program is a collaboration between the University of Adelaide Student Health and Wellbeing team and the Adelaide University Sport Fitness Hub.
