Biography/ Background

Olga Muzychenko is a lecturer at the University of Adelaide Business School where she teaches MBA courses. Her areas of expertise and research interests span across Cross-Cultural Management, Entrepreneurship and International Business. Olga's past research looked at various aspects of internationalisation of small and medium-sized enterprises, entrepreneurship education and training, and cross cultural dimensions of organisational behaviour. Her current research explores psychological dimensions of international entreprenership. After commencing her academic career Olga has been retaining a link with the business community acting as a consultant to small and medium sized enterprises in Europe and Australia as well as the Enterprise Development Section of the International Labor Organisation (ILO). Her professional expertise is complemented with experience of working and living in different countries, namely France, Italy, the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Russia and Armenia.
