eProcurement Connectivity Issues
We are aware that staff are currently experiencing issues with the eProcurement Online Catalogues.
The error message shows on a grey screen when trying to return the cart back to eProcurement to finalise the order and reads as follows:
“The connection is blocked because it was initiated by a public page to connect to devices or servers on your private network. Reload this page to allow the connection”.
Please be advised that using a different browser may serve as an interim fix for this issue. If that does not work, please request a quote from the supplier and submit a Special Request Requisition in the meantime. IT is currently working on a permanent resolution.
