    • Where a student has a Result Pending (RP) or receives a result change after the PNG cut-off date they will be provided 10 business days from the date that the final grade was published in Access Adelaide to request a PNG.

Final course results will be published online via Access Adelaide. If your result is not published by close of business on the date below, contact your school or faculty for advice.

  • What are the current mark and grade schemes?

For information on current Mark and Grading schemes please visit the Policy page via this link.

  • Replacement/additional assessment (R/AA) results

    R/AA examination codes

    • UR = Replacement examination on medical, compassionate or extenuating circumstances
    • US = Additional assessment or task

The results of replacement examinations (UR) offered on medical and/or compassionate grounds will be classified using the normal grading system. However, if you completed the primary exam, and then sat the replacement exam, your existing primary result will be replaced by the replacement result, regardless of whether the latter is higher or lower.

The results of additional assessment or task (US) offered on academic grounds will not be graded above the level of 50 Pass. Where the additional assessment or task produces an overall result that is different from the primary result, the better of the two results will apply up to 50 Pass.

All students will receive a single final result for each course, whether or not an R/AA was necessary to achieve that result. No indication of the R/AA will appear on your official academic transcript. Students are advised to refer to the modified arrangements for coursework assessment policy for more information.

  • Academic transcripts

For information on how to request Academic Transcripts and transcript costs, please visit the transcripts page on the graduations website.

Unofficial transcripts are available on Access Adelaide.

  • Examination scripts

Students have the right to access their examination scripts. Schools must retain scripts for 12 months to allow for possible appeals and re-marking, after which time they may be disposed of in confidential waste. Students may access their examination scripts for discussions with academics if they place their request in writing to the examiner within 28 days of the issue of the official results.

See the student grievance resolution process website for further information.

  • Re-marking and appeals

If a student is dissatisfied with an assessment grade they should follow the student grievance resolution process.
