You might remember hearing about the Top 100 Future Leaders Competition during Career Week. Well, the time has come! Applications have officially opened with a closing application date set to the 13th of September.
But you’re probably wondering…what is it and what would I have to do?🤔
Well, we’ve got you covered! As a brief overview the competition has multiple stages. These are:
- Application
- Psychometric testing
- Video interview
- Assessment day – assessed by employers
- Awards night
- Australian Financial Review will publish the names of all finalists, winners and universities, alongside the results of the winners for the Top 100 graduate employers.
Now we know that can seem intimidating! 😅 So, we decided to sit down with the 2023 competition winner and University of Adelaide student, Emerson Nugent to see what made him sign up for such a process, and what you can expect from the competition.
