Cultural Intelligence (CQ) - A key skill set for the 21st century
Cultural diversity is a reality when engaging with people different from you at University, at work, in life, domestically, and internationally. Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is a skill set that enables you to communicate effectively and confidently in diverse settings and is highly sought after by Australian employers.
The following free programs will introduce you to the concepts and skills of managing culturally diverse people and situations with confidence and success:
- Cultural Intelligence: 2-hour program (Online, MyUni) - a short online course in MyUni. Students can count two hours towards the Adelaide Graduate Award.
- Come and Try Cultural Intelligence: 1.5-hour interactive session around Cultural Intelligence (CQ). This session offers information about the other CQ programs including the opportunity to hear firsthand from a fellow student about how she applies Cultural Intelligence in her studies and at work.
