How to improve your resilience in the lead-up to exams

Mental Health Awareness Month 2024

Resilience is like a secret superpower, especially in the face of academic pressures, personal challenges, and uncertainties in life.

Mental Health Awareness Month is a reminder that mental health matters as much as academic success. It’s a time for us to prioritise self-care in the lead-up to exams, seek help when needed, and build the emotional strength to bounce back from setbacks.

During October, free events celebrating Mental Health Awareness Month will take place across all campuses.
