Core capabilities

  • Proprietary, unique design for compact, conduction cooled cryogenic gain media. 
  • Current world record on cryogenic laser brightness. 
  • Have not yet reached limits of power scaling.
  • Demonstrated capability in various laser output waveforms: cw, pulsed, injection mode-locked, pulse-burst waveforms.
  • Our team includes capability from early pioneering work in very high power lasers for directed energy (“star wars” program)

  • Cryogenic Laser capability established in collaboration with Northrup-Grumman, U.S.A.
