ePro closed for 2025 orders
ePro is now closed for 2025 orders. Preparation has commenced for the migration of open purchase orders into the new AU instance of PeopleSoft Finance.

2025 Year end processing deadlines

September financial processing key dates
In preparation for the University of Adelaide’s year end on 31 December 2025 and cut over to Adelaide University, Finance is undertaking additional operational tasks during September - refer to the financial processing key dates.
PeopleSoft Finance and related systems unavailable on Sunday 22 June
PeopleSoft Finance and a range of related systems (including Online Store, Canvas Catalog, & Kofax) will be unavailable from 8am on Sunday 22 June until 8am on Monday 23 June due to planned maintenance.

Establishment of Adelaide University.
Kofax system outage 3-5 pm Monday 31 March
Due to essential system maintenance, Kofax will be unavailable between 3-5 pm on Monday, 31 March impacting invoice approvals and submission of reimbursement and other payments forms.
