Tasting Australia Masterclass: Cellar to Ceylon

University of Adelaide Associate Professor Sue Bastian, a world-renowned sensory and consumer scientist, has been collaborating with Dilmah CEO Dilhan Fernando on this groundbreaking research. Lunchtime Concert: Mentorship Series

Mentorship series

Darius Milhaud - La Création du monde, Op. 81a and Mozart - Clarinet Quintet, K. 581 Dynamic staff members Helen Ayres, Stephen King and Lloyd Van't Hoff mentor a select group of classical performance students through a series of tutorials and rehearsals. The opportunity to perform side-by-side with professional musicians launches these stars-in-the-making to new heights. Friday 10 May 1.10–2 pm. Elder Hall, North Terrace campus. $20. Dingo DNA to Sheep Smarts, Unlocking Neuroplasticity from Predicting Risk to Enhancing Recovery, and Savouring the Sip: Unveiling wine's secret flavours and the vibrant future of agave.
