The Continuous Improvement Framework sets the impetus for change and encourages an organisational culture focused on performance improvement. This in turn leads to enhanced quality of service delivery, effective utilisation of systems to support business output and streamlined processes

Major Projects

Finance and Procurement Services are currently undertaking the following major projects.

University Budget and Management Reporting Project (UBR)

Incorporating Tied Funds and University Financial Planning Model projects, enabling people to make informed financial decisions in relation to grants and research contracts.

Accounts Payable Automation (Optical Character Recognition Project)

A project to provide an automated method of invoice processing, document scanning and Purchase Order matching to increase accuracy and efficiency, and improve payment integrity. User experience will be enhanced through streamlined and efficient approval processes and an easy to use user interface.
