Creative writing and language teaching seminar

Dr Melanie Maillot (School of Humanities) looks at how the creative writing exercise in foreign language teaching can be used to develop students’ overall language skills, build intercultural competence and encourage the development of decolonial thinking and practices.
The 30-minute presentation on Friday 25 November from 3.30 - 4.30 pm at the Kenneth Wills building, room 554 or via Zoom, is followed by a Q&A, and end of the year drinks at UniBar. Contact Dr Shoko Yoneyama for more information.
