International Onshore Students
For international students studying a Year 12 qualification in Australia, there is some additional information you need to know.
Application and entry requirements
Details about how to apply and entry requirements are listed on our International Students website.
Unless students are choosing to study a degree listed below, they apply via the South Australian Tertiary Admissions Centre (SATAC) as per the domestic process.
Medicine and surgery, dental surgery and oral health
These programs have a different application process to our other degrees. Note that international students must submit an online application to the University and register for the Personal Qualities Assessment (PQA) not the Undergraduate Medicine and Health Sciences Admissions Test (UMAT). The closing date for the online application and PQA registration is the 30 June in the year prior to entry.
For detailed information, please see the international section of the relevant admissions guide:
Presentation for international students
To assist your students, we can deliver a presentation with an international student focus. Throughout the session your students will learn about the requirements for entry, available student support services, as well as the different requirements for degrees such as Medicine and Dentistry.
We recommended that this session take place earlier in the year due to the 30 June closing date for Medicine and Surgery, Dental Surgery and Oral Health.
