Peoplesoft HR Upgrades
Peoplesoft HR will undergo maintenance upgrades between 5 pm Friday 24 February and 8 am Monday 27 February. Peoplesoft HR, Staff Services Online and CAPS will experience service disruptions. Please clear your browser cache if you experience any issues after the upgrades are complete. Further information.
Parking permits
The grace period for on campus parking fines will end on Tuesday 28 February. All vehicles are required to have 2023 permits displayed from the beginning of March.
Freedom of Information policy
The revised Freedom of Information policy was approved by the Vice-Chancellor and President on 14 February. The policy aims to ensure compliance with the University’s obligations under the Freedom of Information Act 1991 (SA) and promote a consistent approach to the handling of applications under that scheme.
Safer Campus Community for staff
The Safer Campus Community website is now the place for staff to find information on reporting inappropriate behaviour to the Integrity Unit, accessing different support options, and resources to help make the University a safe and inclusive place to work. Staff are encouraged to bookmark the page for quick and easy access.
Skin checks
La Roche-Posay’s House of Healthy Skin will be available at O-Week from Tuesday 21 to Friday 24 February, in partnership with Skin Check Champions. Visit the team in the Hub to book your complimentary skin check and collect a free sample of La Roche-Posay.
ANZIAM medals

Dr Luke Bennetts and Professor Tony Roberts (School of Computer and Mathematical Sciences) have been awarded the 2023 Tuck and ANZIAM medals respectively from the Australian and New Zealand Industrial and Applied Mathematics society.
