ASEAN Research Collaboration Project
Applications are now open for Round 3 of the International Education Innovation Fund (IEIF) ASEAN Research Collaboration Project. The initiative supports Early Career Researchers from ASEAN member states to undertake funded research placements in Australia, fostering professional growth and strengthening long-term academic and industry partnerships across the region. HR processing timelines
Payroll processing timelines including for CAPS timesheet submission/validation deadlines are now available on the HR website. Note: these are earlier than usual due to the HR Systems migration (R5) taking place from 19 December. Contract Processing timelines will be published shortly. Applications are now open for volunteer student Ambassadors to promote and foster a culture of Academic Integrity at the University for Semester 1 in 2026. Welcome the world to your home - Join the ELC Homestay Program
The English Language Centre is seeking homestay families to host international students in 2026. Hosting for 2–5 weeks is a chance to share your home, build cross-cultural connections, and support students. Families receive a reimbursement of $390 per week, and no prior experience is required.
