Okta Multi-factor Authentication
As a part of ongoing work ITDS is doing to improve the security and safety of our systems, Okta MFA will soon be implemented on Orbit SPM (Student Profile Module). More information.
Okta Multi-factor Authentication
As a part of ongoing work ITDS is doing to improve the security and safety of our systems, Okta MFA will be integrated with Sonia Online. From Thursday 21 September, refer to the ‘Supervisor Login Instructions’ on the Sonia homepage for login details. Okta MFA will also soon be implemented on Orbit Project Reporting Module (PRM). Okta SMS Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)
Okta SMS MFA will be decommissioned in favour of greater security methods such as the Okta Verify and Google Authenticator apps. Soon SMS MFA users will soon be contracted directly, and the SMS option will be removed for non-SMS users. More information.

Kofax outage for OKTA implementation
Kofax will be unavailable from Friday 24 March, 5 pm until Sunday 26 March, 12 pm. OKTA multi-factor authentication is being enabled on the platform and helps to protect the University's data and systems from unauthorised access. More information.
