Mental Health Awareness Month Week 2

Week 2 of Mental Health Awareness Month is taking place from 9 - 13 October.

During Week 2 of Mental Health Awareness Month runs from the 9 - 13 October. This week places a special emphasis on the "Strangers Project" located in the Hub Central. The Strangers Project is a unique initiative that encourages individuals to share their personal mental health stories and experiences with others, anonymously.

By sharing our stories and listening to others, we can promote empathy, reduce isolation, and build a stronger community of mental health allies. Join us in participating in the Strangers Project and taking steps to support those who may be struggling with their mental health.
