Toolkit for Managing Organisational Transformation

This interactive workshop provides a new perspective on how we can embrace and welcome change. Times of change create new opportunities, however, often we misperceive change as a threat. This can result in feelings of anger, loss of control, sadness, guilt and frustration. During this workshop, we explore these emotions and explain their causes. We then outline 5 techniques to address change based on the principles of positive psychology, that will demonstrate how to develop resilience, curiosity and optimism.
