ITDS Self Help Guides now on MyIT Portal
From Monday 12 December, the Self Help Guides page will no longer be available. Instead, all your ITDS support needs should be directed to the new MyIT Portal page. The portal has been uplifted with a new look and improved online self help guides.
New SDG Research Portal
The purpose of the SDG Research Portal is to facilitate the access to the University's sustainability related capabilities and support the University's industry partners, government and communities navigating the evolving and complex environment. To be included, we encourage you to complete the UN Sustainable Goals questionnaire.
Scholarships now open for JBI EITP
The JBI Evidence Implementation Training Program is a ‘hands on’, supported approach to practice change, providing attendees with proven approaches to implementing evidence into practice. Scholarship applications are now open until Wednesday 25 January 2023. Further information

Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research Excellence)
Professor Laura Parry has been appointed as the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research Excellence) within the Division of Research and Innovation. The primary role is to assist in implementing and evolving strategy to enhance research outcomes; promote research excellence, impact, productivity and revenue growth; and support research integrity and compliance.
Okta Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)
As part of ongoing work by ITDS to improve the security and safety of our systems, Okta MFA is scheduled to be implemented with Researcher Profiles on 14 December. Access to the application will be limited between 4 pm - 7 pm that day. More information
Credit-bearing Micro-credentials Policy
The new Credit-bearing Micro-credentials Policy has been approved by the Vice-Chancellor and President on 5 October, effective from 1 January 2023. This Policy outlines the University's approach to the design, development, delivery, quality assurance and awarding of Credit-bearing Micro-credentials.
Coursework Academic Programs Policy
The revised Coursework Academic Programs Policy (CAPP) was approved by the Vice-Chancellor and President on 5 October, becoming effective from 1 January 2023.
Remembering Beryl Kimber OBE
It is with sadness that we acknowledge the passing of Beryl Kimber OBE last Friday in Sydney. Alongside her late husband, Clemens Leske, Beryl Kimber was a much-loved figure at the Elder Conservatorium of Music, where she served as Associate Professor of Violin from 1964 until 1998.
