Student Loan Policy
The revised Student Loan Policy was approved by the Acting Vice-Chancellor and President on 1 November 2023, effective immediately.
Student Complaint Resolution Policy
The revised Student Complaint Resolution Policy (formerly known as the Student Grievance Resolution Policy) was approved by the Vice-Chancellor and President on 13 November 2023, effective from 1 January 2024.
Childrens' University graduations

Over 3,000 Children's University Australasia students crossed the Bonython Hall stage over 11 graduation ceremonies in the last few weeks. This year's program involved 120 schools. In 2023, we also celebrated 10 years of Children’s University and had the pleasure of welcoming some of our inaugural graduating cohort to host the celebrations.
PeopleSoft finance maintenance
On Sunday 26 November the PeopleSoft finance system will undergo planned maintenance and will be unavailable between 8am and 1pm. It is recommended not to plan any significant activities that involve ITDS services during this time to minimise potential disruptions.
Casual professional timesheets for staff who are students
To comply with new minimum engagement provisions of the Enterprise Agreement, a field has been added to the timesheet for casual professional staff who are also current students of the University. From the pay period commencing 18 November 2023, students will be asked to declare whether they have been on campus for 3 hours or more on their days of work to ensure they are paid correctly. Postdoctoral grant winners
Dr Bing Wang (Adelaide Medical School) and Dr Lulu He (School of Architecture and Civil Engineering) are recipients of the Australian Federation of University Women Trust Postdoctoral Grants. These grants provide financial assistance for early career female postdoctoral fellows to attend a conference, or to cover research costs.
Adelaide University Sport school holiday program
Book your kids into the Adelaide University Sport school holiday program, with sports including tennis, badminton, soccer, basketball, gymnastics, cricket, football and more. Held over six weeks from Thursday 14 December to Thursday 21 December 2023 and Wednesday 3 January to Thursday 25 January 2024.

Indigenous STEM researchers from around Australia are invited to register their interest in the next Indigenous Media Mentoring Program, in collaboration with National Indigenous Television (NITV-SBS). Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11 April 2024 at the SBS studios in Sydney. More information.
