Enterprise Agreement

An enterprise agreement is an agreement made between an employer and its staff that sets out the terms and conditions of employment.

The University of Adelaide Enterprise Agreement 2023 - 2025 will commence operation on the 19th of July 2023 and has a nominal expiry date of the 30th of June 2025. It will remain in force until it is replaced. 

In the event of a merger between the University of Adelaide and the University of South Australia, the Enterprise Agreement will continue to apply to staff members of the new entity who were previously employed by University of Adelaide (transferring staff members), until it is replaced by a new agreement.
