Culture Survey: Thank you – that’s a wrap!

Our first cross institutional Culture Survey closed last week, after a three-week period when staff were encouraged to provide their feedback.

Thank you again to everyone who actively participated and provided valuable insights. Your ideas and feedback will directly inform how we progress our activities to create the new University and how we build the future desired culture for Adelaide University.

We are genuinely grateful for your engagement and commitment to shaping how we move forward.

The data is now being analysed, and results compiled, by global cultural and organisational behaviour experts, Human Synergistics. The results will be shared through a cascaded approach with staff – with more information to come in the next few weeks. The Joint Committee will also review the results so all Domains can consider the information, ideas and feedback provided in the context of their Project Plans.

We will continue to develop the approach to working together to define our desired future culture and to ensuring we hear from you about your experience of the transition through additional “pulse checks”, helping us remain in touch and on track. We look forward to connecting with you again soon and sincerely thank you for your support of this important initiative.
