Maths Learning Centre running over summer

The MLC runs activities over summer to support prospective and current coursework students. There are maths play sessions (called One Hundred Factorial) once a month, where everyone – whether student, staff or community member – is welcome to join in with art, games and puzzles. Also, the online bridging course MathTrackX runs continuously, for people who want to learn or relearn maths from high school, or gain a prerequisite for entry into university. Finally, the Drop-In Centre is open 1pm to 4pm Mon to Fri until 13th December and from 6th January, so that any student meeting any maths in their coursework studies has someone to talk to about their learning, even during trimesters, summer school or replacement exam periods.
