Mental health first aid training 2025

This free two-day workshop is available to staff who are interested in further developing their skills in providing initial support to people who are experiencing mental health difficulties. The course teaches people how to provide initial help, where and how to get professional help, what sort of help has been shown by research to be helpful. Half day refresher courses are also available for those who have completed the 2-day training within the last 3 years.
