2024 UNESCO Adelaide City of Music International Collaboration Award

Dr Oliver Fartach-Naini, Associate Director of Postgraduate Coursework Programs at the Elder Conservatorium of Music was announced winner of the 2024 UNESCO Adelaide City of Music International Collaboration Award at this year's SA Music Awards in recognition of his sustained commitment to building creative and professional relationships with South Korea. ARC LIEF scheme

CSL Centenary Fellowship

CSL Centenary Fellowship

Dr Qi Zhang (SAiGENCI), who leads the Epigenetics and Gene Regulation Laboratory, has been awarded a CSL Centenary Fellowship, worth $1.25 million across five years. Dr Zhang, who is a European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) Australia fellow, investigates the epigenetic processes that turn genes on and turn off to influence the development of individual cells, which may have positive or negative consequences.
