Thinc like a CEO: First ThincHer Masterclass 2024

The curtain has been drawn on the inaugural #ThincHer masterclass of the year, referring to the celebration of International Day of Happiness 2024, and it was not just a triumph. The University of Adelaide's vibrant and enthusiastic community of over 120 entrepreneurial minded female students had the pleasure of immersing themselves in a session led by the formidable Lorraine Caruso, the MBA Online Program Director of Adelaide Business School. The concept, "Thinc like a CEO," was not just a masterclass; it was a journey towards embracing an executive mindset while valuing one's femininity—a perfect blend for the day that promotes joy and empowerment.

What made this session poignant was the significance of femininity as a strength. In a world that often presents feminism as a liability, ThincHer is a testament to the power and grace of embracing feminism as a power. This celebration of femininity, paired with the drive to think and act like a CEO, created an empowering synergy that resonated with every participant.
