Nutritional Weight Clinics for Dogs and Cats

Have a fat cat or an obese dog? We can help!

Dogs and cats are just like us when it comes to putting on weight. Excess food, limited exercise and a sedentary lifestyle can all contribute to a weight problem. Obesity in dogs and cats increases the likelihood of medical conditions such as osteoarthritis, skin problems, internal organ issues and a general feeling of lethargy.

Staff at the Companion Animal Health Centre are trained to help your pet lose those extra kilos through nutritional and lifestyle advice. Many successful weight loss patients are now living longer and with less health issues after guidance from our experts.

Book an appointment with one of our nurses and we will develop a custom diet for your pet and provide advice about exercise routines.

Your first meeting will take about an hour. You will be asked to complete a questionnaire about your cat or dog’s current eating habits, exercise routines and household routines.

We welcome all household members to become involved as they will play an important role in the transformation of your pet’s health.
